While learning the steps to making meals from scratch, chef Dacia Lange will guide students through all aspects of preparation, presentation and then, of course, eating! She will also take the time to put together a customized menu that will suit whatever you fancy and answer any questions you have along the way to ensure an enjoyable learning experience.
